The Chrysler LX and LC platform and the new generation Hemi engine have breathed new life into the Mopar performance world with such great modern MuscleCars as the R/T and SRT Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Chrysler 300 (also Dodge Magnum). These new breed hemi (and V10) cars are being modified by the best tuners in the business into near 1000 horsepower Motown missiles. The stock drivetrain is not capable of handling such massive power and in order to do so, one  would have to tear out the modern independent rear suspension and replace it with an I’ll handling stone age suspension system engineered in the 1960’s best suited for drag racing. In short, the drivetrain is the weak point and needs to match the powertrain in both strength and sophistication.

Enter the ET Enterprises Hammerhead housing. Our housing is based on the race proven, heavy duty GM 12 bolt rearend housing and it’s engineered to bolt straight into a Chrysler LX/LC vehicle with the stock or stock type independent rear suspension. It accepts readily available gears and positraction units giving you a much more reliable and configurable gear set than what is currently available. Heavy duty stubs and axles will also be available at launch.
